This training takes two days. On the first day we will focus on demystifying the concept of AI and learn how ‘the AI sausage’ is made in Data (Science) or Analytics teams.
On day two we will shift focus to achieving effective collaboration with the teams that create the AI and learn how to best integrate their work to boost the value of your product.
During these two days we will continuously switch between theory, practical examples, and useful exercises so that you will increase your understanding as well as bring a useful starting point back to the office.
