TBR Virtual Edition (TBR-VE™) Class
4 March, 2025 – Hilversum, The Netherlands
Take your online training skills to a more advanced level as you discover how the human brain really learns, which differs greatly from traditional assumptions about learning. In addition, training in an online environment and facilitating these events require a different approach to learning.
Explore the most current “cognitive neuroscience” about effective instruction – how the brain takes in, stores, retrieves, and uses knowledge. Apply newly learned neuroscience principles whenever you train, teach, or coach others online.

What will you learn?
We know that training in an online environment and facilitating these events have become commonplace. However, delivering training in the online environment is not about simply copy-pasting your physical training to an online tool. It’s so much more than that.
In this practical and interactive five-module virtual class, you’ll explore current neuroscience principles related to human learning in live and virtual environments. You’ll discover six specific neuroscience principles and a four-step instructional design model that you can use in your own teaching and training.
You’ll leave with dozens of new ideas, activities, resources, and a new “Gold Standard” for virtual instruction and learning.
