What will you learn?
An Obeya Coach is a super-experienced Obeya expert who’s trained to teach other Obeya pros. You will get an extensive toolbox of Obeya knowledge, which you can use to assess, guide and coach other Obeya professionals and Obeyas.
As an Obeya Coach, you will guide Obeya professionals from a human and a professional point of view. Furthermore, you will learn the skills to maximize the positive impact of the Obeya team around him or her.

The Obeya Coach course is a three-day training for experienced and certified Obeya Builders and Obeya Hosts.
You will start with a two-day course aimed at acquiring the most important Obeya Coach skills. You will learn:
- How to perform Obeya scans.
- How to give solid advice based on these scans
- How to coach on improvements based on the given advice.
Who is it for?
The Obeya Coach training course is for Obeya enthusiasts who are already building or running an Obeya. What’s more, you’d like to build up your Obeya career further and help others become professional Obeya Hosts or Builders.
Requirements
You should have at least two years of experience in Obeya.
You master all the skills from the Obeya Builder and Host roles AND you have obtained both the Obeya Builder and Obeya HOst certifications.
You have developed and guided multiple Obeyas.
You enjoy educating Obeya professionals.
You are able to transfer these skills to Obeya professionals.
You are able to guide and implement Obeyas within organizations.

Exam and Certification
This training gives you access to certification. After the training, your Obeya trainer will assess whether you qualify for the Obeya Coach certification.
