Requirements
To fully benefit from the Road to Mastery, it is recommended that participants have at least
one year of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant.
Alternatively, a couple of years of experience working in an Agile environment is also
suitable.
Participants must currently work in a Scrum or Agile environment.

After registering for the Road to Mastery, you will receive a confirmation email with practical information. A week before the training, we will ask you about any dietary requirements (for the in-person training) and share literature if there is a need to prepare.

Course information
The Road to Mastery offers both a physical 4-D multi-sensory training experience in
Hilversum, the Netherlands, and a virtual online experience through Zoom and Miro. You choose.
R2M consists of multiple training days with trainer-led sessions, self-study tracks, and interventions (i.e., learning from others by watching them work together and exchanging experiences).
6 training days for the in-person training and 12 for the virtual edition.
Travel and accommodation expenses are not included
The training price includes all course materials.
A delicious lunch on each course day is also included.
