Currently, there are many providers offering preparation for the CIPP/E® exam. Most of these training courses focus primarily on the exam itself. However, don’t underestimate the CIPP/E® exam! Simply practicing exam questions and studying the theory is insufficient to truly comprehend and apply the material. This CIPP/E® training stands out by not only focusing on passing the exam but also emphasizing understanding and applying the concepts in practical scenarios. The training consists of two classroom days, combining theory with practical case studies and practice questions. You will learn about European data protection, legislative bodies, legal framework, GDPR compliance, and cross-border data transfer and gain practical insights and real-world applications.

This 2-day training starts with the basics to European data protection. During the training, we combine theoretical parts to explain concepts with practical parts where we gradually prepare you for the exam in a hands-on way.

Exam and Certification
The CIPP/E® exam is conducted by IAPP® at one of the Kryterion test centers. To be eligible to take the exam, IAPP® membership is required. The exam and IAPP® membership are not included in the training package. The CIPP/E® exam is a theoretical test in English. The exam requires a substantial amount of in-depth knowledge. Besides the course, you should allocate approximately 25 hours for exam preparation. The mentioned self-study hours are a minimum requirement; the actual preparation time may vary depending on the individual.
Important information:
- The exam can be taken at a moment of your choice.
- P-ass the exam with 90 multiple-choice questions in 150 minutes.
- Self-study of minimum 25 hours.
- If you pass the exam, you will receive an official IAPP® certificate.
What else should I know?
After registering for this course, you will receive a confirmation email with practical information. A week before the training, we will ask about any dietary requirements and share relevant literature if you need to prepare. We have a salad bar and fresh pastries every day.
