What will you learn during the Scrum Foundation training?

We will start at the very beginning: Agile. What is an Agile mindset and what is Scrum? Through various exercises you will be introduced to all elements of Scrum, such as accountabilities, events and artifacts. Scrum is a way to work Agile and during this training you will experience this hands-on. We will provide you with a variety of exercises to clarify what the responsibilities of the Scrum Master, the Product Owner and the Developers are (and aren't). After completing this interactive training, you will be able to share the Scrum story and identify ways in which your organization could use Scrum. If your organization is already working with Scrum, you will better understand what is expected of you.
