The full PPM™ program offers various training modules, each focused on a specific product management skill and knowledge area. This Stakeholder Management course is one of those modules focused on Influencing, Politics & Stakeholder Engagement. We won’t overcharge your brain with theory. Instead, we focus on application in practice so that you achieve clear learnings, results, and outcomes.
Each PPM™ training module offers a mix of learning styles, from self-study to classroom training and individual exercises to group workshops. You will learn, apply, evaluate, and create knowledge and experience with peers as you work on stuff that impacts your daily work.

Part 2:
Stakeholder Management Foundations Delve into the core principles of stakeholder management, understanding the significance of identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing stakeholders. Learn how to effectively map their interests, influence, and impact on your product’s success.
Part 3:
Developing a Stakeholder Management Strategy Craft a robust strategy to engage and manage your stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Discover techniques for aligning stakeholder goals with organizational objectives and mitigating potential conflicts.

Requirements
You are a product management practitioner (you own/manage a product in your daily work).
You are an experienced Product Owner, Manager, or Leader (at least three years of Product Owner experience, preferably five or more).
You have had former Product Owner/Management training (e.g., PSPO, PSPO-A, CSPO, A-CSPO).
You are involved in developing a product or operating within a domain where stakeholder management is part of your work.
