About Xebia in Poland

Founded in 2001 in Hilversum in the Netherlands, Xebia became the first Dutch organization to embrace the Agile way of working. However, the story of Xebia in Poland started in 2022 when Xebia joined forces with PGS Software.

PGS Software was founded in 2005 by two brothers in a tiny 2-bedroom flat in Wroclaw. Today, we have 3 development centres, home to over 1000+ top-notch developers, data scientists and solutions architects. A couple of years ago, PGS Software also became the first AWS Premier Consulting Partner in Poland.

Under a new brand, we are still the same people – with the same enthusiasm and passion. And that’s never going to change.
