What is Upskill?
Upskill it’s an intensive, mentoring-based development program open to each Xebia team member. The program’s goal is to help raise the level of technological knowledge. It’s based on sharing knowledge between Mentors and Participants. It allows them to learn a new technology or deepen their knowledge in the one they want to specialize in. The program is based on Mentors who are experts in their fields and want to pass on their knowledge. This solution guarantees an individual approach to the participant and learning practical skills useful in everyday work.
Upskills’ themes are carefully selected so that they are up to date with current trends and match internal needs. The program is part of a wide array of Learning & Development trainings available in our company.
Upskill provides development opportunities on the one hand, and individual approach on the other. Regular meetings with Mentors are the source of the most valuable knowledge, that is, experience from real projects.

Every employee receives an
annual development budget of PLN 6,800.
