If you're struggling, as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, to put your knowledge and experience into practice, the Road 2 Mastery will help you bridge that gap. Are you ready for the Road?
The learning journey consists of:
There is no truer validation of distinguished Scrum experience than by going on a 6-month (co-active) learning journey (3 months when done physical) along with other experienced practitioners. It is where you truly experience how the Scrum Values come to life.
Most certifications show that you have studied, but not that you have experienced. Scrum is a team game, so it can only be mastered together. The Road 2 Mastery helps you bridge that knowledge gap through hands-on practice. Although R2M provides breadth and depth unlike any course available in Scrum or Agile, it is the communication, collaboration, and sharing of experiences that really make it special.
Although our 2-day Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Master II training courses are also extremely valuable, they might not make you a Scrum Master or Agile coach for that matter. You will need to learn, fail and learn again in practice. Only then can you see where the actual bottlenecks are within your team(s), your organization, and yourself.
This journey is for anyone who would like to take those exact use cases, where we take a deep dive into these hurdles during the Road 2 Mastery. This training is for anyone who would like to have a bigger impact within an agile organization. Scrum Masters, Agile/Scrum Coaches, Managers, Leadership, and Consultants looking to improve their use of Scrum. Or anyone involved in Product Delivery using Scrum for that matter.
At least 1 or more years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Consultant. Or a couple of years working in an agile environment.

This course weaves together threads of facilitation, agile culture, and scrum principles with best practices. I've been working in Agile and Scrum for over 16 years and this is the best investment I have made. It beats any other training, workshop, collaboration, or community formal or informal. Sjoerd himself is an excellent guide, hitting the right note in balancing, training, guiding, coaching, and facilitating. The material is exactly what I've been looking for to help me grow." - Stuart, UK - The Flamingo Mallets
