Kanban prescribes a number of steps, such as visualizing the workflow, managing the to-do list in a new way (where the amount of Work In Progress is decisive) and making clear agreements about the way you collaborate. This half day training gives you a glimpse into the world of Kanban. After this introduction you will know the basics, which will help you decide whether Kanban suits your organization.
Because we start from scratch, you don't need any prior knowledge of Kanban. If you want to know what Kanban means, how it works, what its advantages are and if it is what your organization needs, it's time to follow this training.
