Last week, Xebia had the privilege of participating in OutSystems World Tour Las Vegas 2026 as a Platinum Sponsor and Elite Delivery Partner, joining customers, technology leaders, innovators, and partners to explore a shared theme: "Own Your Agentic Future." The event brought together enterprise leaders focused on building, governing, and scaling secure AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Xebia named OutSystems Partner of the Year 2026

At the event, OutSystems recognized Xebia as the Partner of the Year 2026 in the Americas, highlighting the strength of our 14+ years of partnership, the trust of our customers, and our shared commitment to helping enterprises accelerate innovation, modernization, and business value through AI and intelligent automation. This latest achievement marks an extraordinary milestone for Xebia, representing our 7th consecutive partner award.

‌

Top 3 Questions that Enterprise Leaders are Asking

What stood out most throughout the event was how quickly the enterprise AI conversation is evolving and the three questions that organizations are asking now:

  • How do you govern AI agents once they're in production?
  • How do we move and modernize the most complex apps to OutSystems, faster and with less risk?
  • How do you scale AI beyond the pilot?

The Rise of the Agentic Enterprise

A recurring theme across keynotes, customer conversations, and breakout sessions was the emergence of the Agentic Enterprise. Enterprises are increasingly looking beyond AI assistants to intelligent systems that can reason, act, and continuously learn across business functions while maintaining governance, accountability, and transparency.

The challenge now is about integrating AI into business operations, software delivery, customer engagement, and decision-making in a way that drives measurable outcomes while preserving trust and control.

Conversations that Mattered

One of the highlights of the event was the session I had the opportunity to co-present with Dan Morrison ‘DMo’ from OutSystems: "The Agentic Enterprise: Where AI-Assisted Development Meets AI Agents." The discussion explored how AI-assisted development platforms and autonomous AI agents are converging, requiring organizations to rethink governance, operating models, and trust frameworks as AI becomes an active participant in software delivery and business operations.

Another well-attended Xebia session was "Monolith to Micro-Frontends: Decoupling Complex Apps for ODC," led by Bryan Minton. The session shared practical approaches to application modernization and highlighted why modular, scalable architectures are essential for supporting next-generation AI and agentic solutions.

Together, the two sessions reinforced an important message: realizing the full potential of AI requires both modern digital foundations and effective governance for intelligent systems.

Beyond AI Hype to Real Enterprise Outcomes

Throughout the event, we connected with organizations focused on moving beyond AI experimentation. A common theme emerged: successful AI transformation requires more than powerful models. Enterprises need trusted data, modern architectures, governed processes, and clear operating models to achieve enterprise-scale results.

At Xebia, our conversations centered on helping organizations bridge this gap through process intelligence, AI-ready data foundations, AI-native software engineering, agent orchestration, and autonomous enterprise experiences.

A Strong Partnership Driving Innovation

The event also provided an opportunity to deepen our collaboration with OutSystems. Together, we are helping organizations accelerate transformation through modern application development, AI, and intelligent automation.

By combining the innovation of the OutSystems platform with Xebia's expertise across AI, software engineering, cloud, data, and digital transformation, we are enabling customers to move faster from vision to execution and from experimentation to measurable business outcomes.

Looking Ahead

As I reflect on the conversations in Las Vegas, one message stands out:

The future belongs to organizations that can combine intelligence with governance, autonomy with accountability, and innovation with trust.

The Agentic Enterprise is no longer a future concept. It is rapidly becoming a business reality. Organizations that invest now in the right platforms, architectures, operating models, and governance frameworks will be best positioned to lead the next era of enterprise innovation.

A sincere thank you to OutSystems, our customers, partners, and everyone who connected with us during OutSystems World Tour Las Vegas 2026. The conversations were insightful, the momentum was undeniable, and the opportunities ahead have never been more exciting.

The agentic future is taking shape today. We're excited to help enterprises build it.
