Based in Atlanta, Rahul will spearhead the company’s go-to-market strategy, business development, and global growth initiatives, with a strategic focus on driving value in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and Professional Services (Management Consulting, Legal, Tax & Audit firms)  verticals. 

With over 27 years of industry experience, Rahul has an exceptional track record in cultivating strategic relationships with leading global enterprises, orchestrating large-scale transformation programs, and closing multi-service line deals. His expertise lies in identifying untapped opportunities, unlocking new revenue streams, and delivering measurable business outcomes that create lasting value for clients.

Before joining Xebia, Rahul served as the head of the Professional Services Business Unit at Hexaware, where he drove unprecedented growth, contributing significantly to the company’s overall revenue and making it one of its fastest-growing verticals. Prior to Hexaware, Rahul held leadership roles at Persistent Systems, Cognizant, DXC, and Capgemini, where he consistently delivered exceptional results and outpaced competition across BFSI and PS verticals. 

Rahul’s career has been dedicated to consulting and advising C-level executives on leveraging emerging technologies, fostering new business generation, and realizing exponential value from digital transformation. He is particularly passionate about the transformative potential of AI in redefining the future of business. Rahul holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from M.S. University of Baroda, is PMP-certified, and has earned a diploma certification from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
