Key Responsibilities
Environment configuration and repository analysis (GHEC).
Install and run GAI and GAI Issue Ops to analyze pipelines.
Enhance the platform with GitHub onboarding processes and automation.
Implement CI/CD with AKS self-hosted runners and Azure private networking.
Create and enhance GitHub Actions workflows.
Extend GAI’s migration capabilities by writing new transformers.
Migrate initial pilot teams and provide professional support.
Provide ongoing migration support and enhance technical assets.
Support repo and pipeline migrations, including complex scenarios.
Conduct knowledge transfer, Q&A, and garage sessions.
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of GitHub, including admin-level expertise.
Strong experience with GitHub Actions and YAML templates.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Bicep.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to provide professional support and coaching to teams.
Ruby skills are a plus, but strong coding skills with GitHub Copilot can suffice.
