Cloud Platform Modernization
As part of our end-to-end modernization approach, we specifically look at cloud and on-premise infrastructures. It does not matter what your current situation is – existing data centers, some deployment of resources in the cloud, full-fledged but hard-to-manage landing zones, or some combination of these three – we help modernize your environment. The goal: empowered product teams, optimal cloud resource usage, minimized spending and carbon footprint, and a quicker time to market. In many cases, the Xebia Azure Landing Zone is the ideal environment to achieve these goals.
Cloud Landing Zone
Although many companies offer some form of the Microsoft-guided Landing Zone design according to CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework), we take Landing Zones to a whole new level. For us, a Landing Zone entails Subscription democratization, policy-driven governance, a single control & management plane, an application-centric service model as well as alignment with Azure-native design and roadmaps, and we have found that most well-meaning Landing Zones come nowhere near this level of ambition.
We can implement our Landing Zone and instruct your teams as needed, or we can provide full end-to-end Managed Services and take away all your challenges in having to stay up to date on all the latest technology changes.
Cloud Command – Self-Service Portal
For organizations that have been onboarded on the Xebia Azure Landing Zone, we can optionally implement a self-service portal that allows product teams to fully take matters into their own hands: instead of the traditional ticket dance between stakeholders and a centralized, overworked team of cloud experts, we provide a single pane of glass where environments can be provisioned and key cloud metrics can be reviewed and analyzed by the required stakeholders.
