Arabian Drilling is a leading oil and gas drilling company providing onshore and offshore services across the Middle East. Renowned for its operational excellence, supporting some of the region’s largest energy producers, it set out to extend its legacy of efficiency into the digital era by modernizing its internal systems and enabling faster innovation.
The Challenge: Lack of Business Processes in Existing Systems
As the organization expanded, multiple independently built applications led to duplication, inconsistent user experiences, and slower delivery timelines. There was a clear lack of business processes in existing ERP systems, as out-of-the-box ERP platforms do not cover the full scope of drilling industry operations.
