Meet Jurriaan Bernson, trainer at Xebia Academy. Jurriaan is a product owner trainer and trains on behalf of Xebia Product owner foundation and advanced product owner training courses.
Jurriaan is an Agile Product Management Consultant and trainer. He loves to be at the intersection where customers, business and technology meet. He is an expert in delivering substantial business value and he passionately helps teams build products and services which users love.
He gained experience as head of product development at NU.nl, the largest Dutch news publisher, where he learned how to build great mobile apps and websites. This was also the learning ground where many amazing innovations were launched (and crashed). Through this experience, he realized his real passion for product management and innovation.
Jurriaan holds a master’s degree in marketing strategy and a bachelor’s degree in communication and information science. He is also a certified scrum master and certified product owner.
