Scrum Certification Course with Dr. Jeff Sutherland, inventor of the Scrum process and Certified Scrum Trainer.

Xebia invited the inventor of the Scrum process and Certified Scrum Trainer Dr. Sutherland to teach a class about how to be a ScrumMaster, and how to make a development team, a project, or an organization agile.

In this two day Scrum course all aspects of Scrum will be covered, both in theory and in practice. This course will introduce the Scrum values and principles and the way in which these contribute to the success of your project. We will also cover the metrics Scrum offers (Product Backlog, Burndown Chart) and how you can introduce Scrum without the need to drastically change your organization. On top of that we will discuss how to scale a Scrum project from 1 team to multiple teams in a distributed (off-shore) environment.

The participants will take part in a 1 hour mini Scrum project. This allows the participants to gain practical experience during the course. Following successful completion of the course, each participant will be become a Certified Scrum Member.

This certification includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional ScrumMaster-only material and information are available.

This training is also available in India!
